Construction Phase
Here’s where we ‘break ground! This stage is traditionally broken into four (4) phases:
- Base Stage - Site establishment, footings & slab or sub-floor framing
- Frame Stage - Wall frames and roof structure
- Enclosed Stage - (lock-up) Roof on, windows & external doors on and claddings fixed
- Fixing Stage - All internal fittings & fixtures, linings, fit-out, joinery, tiling, painting, etc.
Handover Phase
The certifier can now sign off your new building with a final approval. We then walk through the finished product with you and ensure the quality and finishes are to our high standards.
